Contact us

Email info@satspracticearena.co.uk. It goes to a person, not a ticket queue, and it is the right address for everything below.

What to email about

How quickly we reply

Usually within a day or two. This is a small operation, not a call centre, and there is no phone number — email genuinely is the fastest way to reach us.

Requests about your personal data are answered within one month at the latest, which is the deadline UK GDPR sets. In practice they are answered much sooner.

If you have emailed and heard nothing after a few days, check your spam folder before assuming we are ignoring you.

Things we cannot help with

We cannot tell you your child's actual SATs results — those go to the school and reach you through the end-of-year report.

We cannot tell you the current year's test dates with authority. They are set by the Standards and Testing Agency and published on gov.uk, which is the only source worth trusting on this.

We are not able to give advice about a specific child's schooling, special educational needs provision or access arrangements. The class teacher and the school's SENCO are the right people, and they are usually more willing to talk than parents expect.

For schools

The service is currently sold as a single account for a single child, and there is no classroom or multi-pupil version yet.

If you are a school or a tutor and want something along those lines, email and say what you need. It is useful to know there is demand even when the answer for now is that it does not exist.
